A direct descendant of Scottish Presbyterian church planters, John began his ministry labors in 1996 in the same Presbyterian church his forefathers established in 1841. During his studies at Belhaven College, John was privileged to study under Dr. Wynn Kenyon (considered to be John Gerstner's "left-hand man" as R.C. Sproul was considered his right) where he developed a deep appreciation and passion for apologetics. Graduating from Belhaven, John was honored to teach at Chamberlain-Hunt Military Academy, successor of Oakland College and the last remaining Presbyterian military academy in the United States. John went on to serve in ministry at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Fort Walton Beach, FL and at Presbyterian Church of the Lakes in Orlando, FL. John is currently a member of the Presbyterian Church in America.
Before answering the call to serve as President, John was the registrar of the seminary. John believes that the mission and vision of LCS is one of the most honorable and remarkable educational endeavors attempted by the Reformed Community.
Dr. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Belhaven College (summa cum laude), a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Whitefield Theological Seminary (summa cum laude), and a Doctor of Theology in Puritan Studies (doctor designatus) from The North American Reformed Seminary. Dr. McDonald is also a member of the William Tennent House Association.

Dr. Samuel has served the Lord in various capacities as church planter, pastor, administrator, and professor. After completing his Doctor of Divinity in Puritan Studies program, he has been greatly influenced to continue as a devoted student of the Puritans. Dr. Samuel has a great burden for Reformed education with the Puritan vision to reach out to the godly people around the world. Dr. Samuel is the founder of Puritan Reformed Ministries, India, currently serves as President of Puritan Reformed Biblical Seminary, and is actively engaged in planting Puritan Reformed Churches in India.
Dr. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Divinity, Master of Divinity, and Master of Theology degree from Grace Baptist Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Divinity in Puritan Studies from The North American Reformed Seminary, and a Doctor of Theology in Reformed Theological Thought (jure dignitatis), also from The North American Reformed Seminary.

A 21 year veteran and retiree from the United States Air Force, Dr. Tim Goad began his pastoral ministry in 1991 at Sembach Bible Church during a tour at nearby Sembach AB, Germany. He also enjoys serving as both Pastor-in-residence and adjunct instructor at Aberdeen Latin School of Cibolo, Texas where he teaches Greek History, Greek I & II, Logic, and Classical Studies. When not otherwise engaged, Dr. Goad is an avid reader, particularly enjoying the study of church history and Reformed theology.
Dr. Goad holds two Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force (Personnel Data Systems Management and Human Resource Management), a Bachelor’s degree in Theology (magna cum laude) from Liberty University, a Master’s Degree in Christian Education (summa cum laude), also from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Divinity degree in Puritan Studies from The North American Reformed Seminary.

Dr. Groseclose holds an Associate of Arts in Secondary Education, a Bachelor of Science in English, a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary (Jackson), and an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from the Log College & Seminary.
